Could LED High Bay Lights Replace Energy-saving Lights?

Ⅰ. The difference between LED high bay lights and energy-saving lamps

2. Ordinary energy-saving lamps contain mercury. If the bulb is damaged, it will affect people's safety.

3. The average lifespan of ordinary energy-saving lamps is only 1 year, while LED high bay lights can reach 5W hours.

4. Ordinary energy-saving lamps only emit white and warm colors, while LED high bay lights are all solid luminous bodies, solid cold light sources, and have colorful luminous colors, such as: white, yellow, blue, etc.

5. LED high bay light has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, shockproof, waterproof, miniature, high brightness and easy dimming.

3. LED high bay light source part: The light source adopts imported chips, which have high efficiency, low light decay, and large current margin. The rated current of the chip is 700mA , but only 310mA is actually used. Good heat dissipation design, and soldering is used for crystal bonding. The thermal resistance is small, and the operating temperature of the chip is low. The actual junction temperature is less than or equal to 50 ℃, thus ensuring the stability of operation and long life.

4. Heat dissipation part of industrial and mining lamps: About 80% of the energy in LED lamps is converted into heat energy, so with the increase of LED power and integration, the heat flux density of LEDs increases rapidly, and the heat dissipation problem becomes more and more. serious.

Excessive LED junction temperature not only makes the life of the LED attenuate sharply, but also has a serious or even fatal impact on many performance parameters such as the peak wavelength, optical power, and luminous flux of the LED. However, the natural convection heat dissipation, fan forced heat dissipation and various heat pipe heat dissipation methods currently used have very limited cooling capacity, and it is difficult to obtain heat from the surface of the high-heat-intensity LED wick in time and dissipate heat to the outside, so that the temperature is reduced to an ideal range.

5. The lamp body part of the high bay lamp:

(1) Super cooling capacity: the heat flux density of heat extraction has reached 400W/cm2 , its capacity is 1000 times higher than that of water cooling, and about 100 times higher than that of heat pipes.

(2) Low LED chip temperature: LED chip operating temperature can be lower than 60 ℃. Light weight and small size: less than 25% of the weight of the existing radiator , the volume can be reduced by 20%.

(3) No power consumption cooling; passive heat dissipation, no fan or water pump, no cooling energy consumption.
