The Way of Lighting Control System of LED Tunnel Light
The implementation of tunnel lighting control scheme depends on the support of advanced control technology and control methods. Tunnel lighting control mode reflects the modernization of tunnel operation and management to a large extent.
The tunnel lighting system is equipped with a lighting control rod/distribution box, which can realize on-site manual control and automatic control, and a remote control module is reserved to provide relay contacts for controlling lighting facilities, and the lighting area control unit is directly connected with the lighting control cabinet/distribution. The relay contacts of the electric box are connected to realize remote control of lighting facilities. The lighting control methods of LED tunnel lights are as follows:
1. Manual control of LED tunnel lights
It means that the tunnel manager manually selects the control scheme according to parameters such as brightness and traffic volume outside the tunnel. Specifically, it is based on changes in factors such as brightness outside the cave, traffic volume, average vehicle speed, and weather conditions.
The on/off of the lighting circuit or the stepless regulation of lighting brightness is manually controlled by the road tunnel manager, which can be subdivided into remote manual control and local manual control. In the early days, the local manual control method was mostly used for road tunnels with short length and simple operation and management equipment.
2. Automatic control mode of LED tunnel lights
It means that the lighting control system automatically adjusts the lighting brightness according to the real-time collected parameters such as brightness and traffic volume outside the cave.
At present, the automatic control of tunnel lighting is to use the relevant lighting control parameters collected by devices such as brightness detectors and vehicle detectors. It can be subdivided into remote automatic control mode and local automatic control mode.
Under the automatic control mode of LED tunnel lights, the tunnel lighting control system automatically adjusts the lighting brightness in the tunnel according to the actual collected lighting control parameters such as brightness outside the tunnel, traffic volume, average vehicle speed, etc.; The automatic control mode is switched to the manual control mode and changed to manual operation.
At present, most road tunnels also adopt a lighting control method with automatic control as the main and manual control as the auxiliary.
3. Intelligent control of LED tunnel lights
It is based on the automatic control method, adopts the theory of short-term traffic flow prediction, and applies intelligent control technologies such as artificial intelligence, family system, fuzzy control, neural network, genetic algorithm, etc., and dynamically adjusts according to the adaptive curve of road tunnel lighting brightness decreasing. Light control to achieve safe, comfortable, efficient and economical lighting effects. This method focuses on the characteristics of energy-saving control, reflects the requirements of green lighting, and pursues the ideal design goal of "lighting on demand".
