HPWINNER Launches AI Agent Mr. Victor at GILE, Opening a New Era of AI-Powered Urban Lighting Operations
On June 9, 2026, at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE), HPWINNER officially held the China debut ceremony for Mr. Victor, the first AI Agent dedicated to the urban lighting industry. Mr. Dai Yukun, Chairman of the Urban Lighting Professional Committee of the China Municipal Engineering Association, and Mr. Gao Fei, Vice Chairman of the Committee, also attended the event. HPWINNER sincerely thanks them for their presence and support.
Under the theme “AI-Powered Urban Lighting Who Knows You,” the China debut of Mr. Victor was more than a product launch. It also marked a new stage in which urban lighting systems are moving from traditional equipment management toward more proactive, intelligent, and efficient AI-powered operations.

On site, HPWINNER officially introduced Mr. Victor, the first dedicated AI Agent for urban lighting, demonstrating its application value in real urban lighting scenarios.
Mr. Victor is not merely a data visualization tool or a single-device control function. It is an AI Agent designed to help urban lighting systems continuously sense, analyze, judge, and support operational decision-making.

During the launch event, Victor Chen, Chairman of HPWINNER, delivered the welcome remarks and expressed his gratitude to the leaders, guests, partners, and media representatives attending the event.
In his speech, Chairman Chen reviewed HPWINNER’s innovation journey. From promoting modular technology as an industry mainstream, to the innovation of 5050 LED components, to emergency energy storage roadway lights and the Trifusion Fully Integrated IoT Urban Lighting System, HPWINNER has continued to drive the upgrading of the urban lighting industry through technological innovation.
He noted that the development of Mr. Victor is built on HPWINNER’s independently developed Trifusion Fully Integrated IoT Urban Lighting hardware system. Through a unique hardware architecture, each luminaire can transmit more than 30 types of real-time operating data, including luminaire health status, grid operating status, battery status, and other key parameters.
Based on these real and continuous field data, Mr. Victor can continuously analyze system conditions, optimize decisions, and execute optimal strategies, giving every roadway light a tireless “digital administrator.”
Capability Showcase: Smart Control, Connectivity, Diagnosis, and Analysis
During a key part of the launch event, Li Zhiming, General Manager of HPWINNER’s Product R&D Center, took the stage and connected with Mr. Victor live on site, demonstrating its core capabilities in smart control, smart connectivity, smart diagnosis, and smart analysis.
Through the demonstration, Mr. Victor showed its application value in real urban lighting scenarios. It can continuously monitor luminaires, power grids, batteries, solar systems, and overall system operation, supporting abnormality detection, fault judgment, status analysis, and maintenance decision-making.
